This is probably the worst incident in the political history of Andhra Pradesh. Yesterday morning, Moddu Seenu who was in the prison was murdered brutally whacking his face with an iron rod.

Moddu Seenu is arrested on the charge of murder of Paritala Ravi (MLA of TDP party), five years back. He has openly admitted that he had committed the murder and the is under prosecution. In the last trial, Seenu has said that he will reveal the names of all the big shots who are involved in this murder.

This statement by Seenu is the major cause of his murder now in the prison. The people who were involved in Ravi’s murder knew that their lives will be at stake if Seenu reveals their and thus resorted to this crime. This incident shows how powerful politicians in India are. They can kill a person in a prison with tight security.

The opposition parties and especially TDP (Ravi belongs to TDP) have accused that the ruling party Congress has backed this murder to save their leaders. TDP leader Chandra Babu accused the state CM and his son for this murder and demanded a judicial impartial probe into this matter, if the ruling party really believes that they are not involved in this murder.
